Open Hearts Organisation is a local NGO working on Child Protection, Education, and Emergency Response in Myanmar. We are inviting qualified and committed candidates to apply for the following positions.

Project Officer (1 Post)

Project: CSEER – Strengthening Resilience and Recovery for Children and Families At-Risk in Earthquake-Affected (Mandalay)

Project Period: February – October 2026

Duty Station: Mandalay

Reporting to: Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and implementation of CSEER project activities

• Coordinate education and child-centered activities with communities and partners

• Conduct field monitoring and collect project data

• Prepare activity reports, success stories, and documentation

• Ensure activities align with project objectives, timeline, and budget

• Support community engagement and coordination meetings

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Any degree, preferably Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, child-focused, or emergency response projects

• Understanding of child-centered approaches and education in emergencies

• Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel to field locations as required
