Open Hearts Organisation is a local NGO working on Child Protection, Education, and Emergency Response in Myanmar. We are inviting qualified and committed candidates to apply for the following positions.

Social Work Supervisor (1 Post)

Project: CPiE – Child Protection in Emergencies

Duration: 4 Months

Duty Station: Mandalay

Reporting to: Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Project Officers under the CPiE project

• Ensure quality implementation of child protection and psychosocial support activities

• Provide technical guidance on case management, referrals, and documentation

• Coordinate with community leaders, partners, and relevant stakeholders

• Conduct regular field monitoring and prepare supervision and progress reports

• Ensure CP standards, child safeguarding, and protection principles are followed

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any degree, preferably Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Child Protection or CPiE projects

• Strong knowledge of case management, PSS, and child safeguarding policies

• Experience supervising field staff

• Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to work in emergency and field-based settings
