We are inviting qualified suppliers and service providers to submit proposals for the supply of essential program kits. Interested parties are requested to review the specifications and submit their offers in accordance with the instructions provided.

Child Protection (CP) Kit

Our CP Kits are designed to support the safety, wellbeing, and psychosocial needs of children in emergency and non-emergency settings. Each kit includes age-appropriate items that promote protection, learning, and recreation.

Dignity Kit

Dignity Kits provide essential hygiene and personal care items for women and girls, supporting their health, privacy, and dignity during emergencies and displacement.

Child-Friendly Space (CFS) Kit

CFS Kits equip safe and engaging spaces where children can play, learn, and recover from stressful experiences. These kits include educational and recreational materials suitable for various age groups.

Invitation to Submit Sealed Tenders

Open Hearts Organization invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the supply of goods with specifications including item name, quantity, dimensions, and delivery location.

All tender submissions must include the following information:

1. Company Documentation

Suppliers must provide the following certified copies:

1. Business/Company License or Registration Certificate
2. Owner or Authorized Representative Identification
3. Tax Clearance Certificate from the Internal Revenue Department
4. Supplier Code of Conduct Compliance and completed Supplier Information Sheet as required by Open Hearts Organization

2. Payment Terms

1. Total cost must be stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
2. Suppliers should indicate if they accept bank transfer and whether Credit Terms – 15 days are applicable.
3. Payment will only be made through the banking system in agreed installments (20%, 30%, 50%).

Note: Evaluation of tender submissions will be based on the above information. All submissions must include a signed “Sealed Tender Application” and acknowledgment of the Tender Terms and Conditions.

3. Tender Submission Guidelines

1. Tenders must be submitted between 9 February 2026 and 20 February 2026 during office hours, either by email or to the office at the address provided.
2. Only suppliers approved by the Open Hearts Tender Evaluation Committee will be considered.
3. Incomplete, unreliable, or non-compliant submissions will be rejected.
4. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring the correct type and quality of goods in accordance with agreed standards.
5. Successful suppliers will sign a contract with the Open Hearts Tender Committee.
6. Suppliers must strictly adhere to all contractual terms; non-compliance may result in legal action.
7. Decisions on tender acceptance/rejection can be inquired within one week of tender closure.
8. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited.
